1. Order Handling

Once your order is placed on www.kumawa.in, it will be processed after successful payment confirmation.

For ready-to-ship products, orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.

During high-demand periods such as festive seasons, new collection launches, special drops, or increased order volumes, processing timelines may increase.

Every item goes through quality checks before dispatch.

2. Domestic Delivery

For orders shipped within India, delivery usually takes:

7–12 business days for most locations after dispatch
• Faster delivery may be possible for metro regions
• Slightly longer timelines may apply for remote, interior, or difficult-to-access destinations

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout on www.kumawa.in.

3. International Shipping

Kumawa may offer international shipping through trusted courier partners.

Estimated international delivery timeline:

10–20 business days, depending on destination, courier movement, and customs clearance

Please note:

• Import duties, customs taxes, local charges, and additional fees must be paid by the customer
• These charges are not included in the product prices listed on www.kumawa.in, unless clearly stated otherwise

4. Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Pieces

Some Kumawa garments may be pre-order, made-to-order, limited edition, or produced in small batches.

Such pieces may require an additional 20–25 business days for production before dispatch.

If your order includes multiple items, they will usually be shipped together once all items are ready, unless you request separate dispatch.

Additional courier charges may apply for split shipments.

5. Tracking Details

Once your order is dispatched, Kumawa will share tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other contact method provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear or update in the courier partner’s system.

6. Delays and Delivery Issues

While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Extreme weather or natural events
• Courier or logistics delays
• Seasonal high shipment volumes
• Customs clearance procedures for international orders
• Local restrictions or service interruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

If your order crosses the expected delivery timeline, please contact us at contact@kumawa.in with your order number.

If your package arrives tampered with, opened, or damaged, please take clear photos or videos and inform both the delivery agent and Kumawa immediately.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping details entered on www.kumawa.in are accurate and complete, including address, pin code, phone number, and recipient name.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, unavailable recipient, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept the package:

• Reshipping charges will apply
• Reshipment will take place only after additional payment is received

Kumawa is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

8. Seasonal Timelines

During festive seasons, public holidays, sale periods, new launches, or nationwide peak courier periods, delivery timelines may extend by 3–5 business days.

For gifting, events, travel, or urgent requirements, we recommend placing orders well in advance.
